Poster design entries must include the following elements:

• 11"x17" final size, high-resolution PDF

• Prominent display of the AA Film & Digital Media Festival name and logo

• Include the festival date, location, and time.

• Use media outlined in the festival categories. 

• Include the artist(s) name and year on the poster along the lower border of design

• Final PDF Files should be named as follows:

  • Middle School Student: FirstnameLastname_schoolname_poster_2025_MiddleSchool

  • High School Student: FirstnameLastname_schoolname_poster_2025_HighSchool

Other Poster Specifications:

• Posters will be printed up to 11"x17", displayed on presentation screens, posted on social media platforms, etc. Posters may be printed as small as 4"x6". Please consider these dimensions when creating the graphics or choosing a font. 

• Clear designs with highly visible elements are suggested.

Other Poster Contest Instructions:

• Contest winners may be asked for native files required for reproduction.

• Files become the property of the AA Film & Digital Media Festival.

• Judging will be in January and the winners will be notified by February 1st, 2025.

• The Festival committee values creativity and originality. Work that is submitted must be original work created by the applicant. If the entered work is found to have been copied from another source, is AI generated, or contains copyrighted components, the work will be disqualified.
