The Arts Angels Scholarship was established to open doors for children, youth, and teens who have the
passion, but not the means, to develop their artistic talent. Students eligible for these scholarships
will be identified directly through arts organizations, which will apply for scholarships on their behalf.
Scholarships will be offered for camps and programs in visual art, drama, music, dance, and filmmaking at
locations throughout Anne Arundel County.

Guidelines

● Organizations may apply for a maximum of $1,200 in scholarship funding.
● Application will be accepted between May – June
● Notifications of Scholarship Funding will be made by the end of June.
● Organizations can apply for an Arts Angels Scholarship through the Submittable page on the Arts Council of Anne Arundel County’s website is available at https://artscouncilofannearundelcountynew.submittable.com/submit.
● Organizations receiving Arts Angels Scholarship Funding must submit a Final Report by September.

Eligibility Requirements for Scholarship Recipients

● Demonstrate financial need; eligibility is certified by the applicant organization.
● Show an interest and/or ability in visual, literary, or performing arts.
● Be between the ages of 5 to 19 years.
● Complete the specified arts camp and/or program.
