Paul Gruner of Gruner Pottery will be shown in the Garden Gallery, where his ceramics exhibit titled “Exploring Landscapes in Clay” will be exhibited. He states, “ I’m using clay vessels and slabs as canvases for abstract and impressionist landscapes, painted with glazes. Layered glazes melt and interact when fired in the kiln, and even after years of experience, I am often surprised by the results. But I love the depth and visual texture of glazes and find them a great medium for painting natural vistas.”
