The Box Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Box Office and duties assigned by the Executive Director to ensure the overall success of CTA.Ideal candidates exhibit the following qualities:

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.

Previous box office experience and/or related applicable experience in the theatre, tourism or attraction industry preferred.

Database software experience; working knowledge of a computerized ticketing system preferred.

Availability to work some weekends and evenings.

Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel, Office and Google Suite.Flexible availability based on business needs.
